Meet Chanenray, “The Bedrock Diva!” Born in Flint Michigan, Channon “Chanenray” Stevenson has been singing, writing, dancing and acting since the tender age of 4. Influenced by such legends as Janet Jackson, Toni Braxton, Maroon 5 and Kendrick Lamar, Chanenray decided that it was time to embark on her music career. She began taking massive action by writing songs for American Idol and recording music with Producers Timothy PeeWee Moore (DreamState Studios) and Bernard Terry (Area521 Studios). The Bedrock Diva released her first album, “BIPOLAR EXPRESSIONS,” which includes colorful music that any and everyone can relate to. She focuses on real life situations and hardships, highlighting her definition of mental illness through the art of sound. Considering herself a multi-genre artist, she warns her supporters to expect the unexpected. No two songs sound the same. Each track is carefully crafted to intrigue your lustful ears. Chanenray is constantly working toward sharing her talents with the world by performing her music and writing for other established artists. Her main aspirations are to become globally recognized for her writing ability and to provide music for television and movie soundtracks.
